What is Cell Referencing?
Cell referencing in Excel refers to the method of identifying and using specific cells or ranges of cells within a worksheet in formulas and functions to perform calculations or retrieve data.
There are three types of Cell Referencing in Excel:
- Relative Reference
- Absolute Reference
- Mix Reference
- Relative Reference: A relative reference is a way of referring to a cell in a formula, where the reference changes when you copy the formula to other cells.
For example: Suppose In Column A, B, C there is Product Name, Price, Quantity relatively till 10 row. Now I want to calculate the Total Price by multiplying Price and Quantity.
